Almada Terms and Conditions


- The quotation is valid for two (2) weeks from its date.

- Prices are quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR)

- Prices are quoted for quantity mentioned and is not applicable if the quantity got changed.

- Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice if changed from Vendor.

- The payment is 100% in advance with the official P.O.

- Payments can be done through our only bank account at Saudi National Bank (SNB)

- The PO to be released in the name of Almada Smart for Telecommunication and Information

Technology Company.

- Purchase order should Include:

                                             - Details of all ordering items needed quantities es and price agreed

                                             - Signature & Company Stamp

                                             - Agreed Payment Terms

                                             - Delivery Address / Freight Forwarder Details

- No Penalty clause in purchase order will be acceptable by Almada Smart for late deliveries as

Lead times are dependent on Vendor’s timelines.

- No change in BOM, no cancellation and no return once PO is placed.

- The delivery will be within two (2) weeks after receiving the official P.O. and the payment.

 Form of Delivery:

                                - Electronic delivery for licenses.

                                - Closed sealed box delivery for hardware items

                                - Installation as per scope mentioned in the quotation

- Items quoted as “ex-stock” are subject to existing stock being available. Please re-confirm

availability at the time of ordering.

- Back-to-Back ordering is dependent on the Vendor’s manufacturing timelines, and lead time

given is only approximate. Considerable efforts will be made by Almada to improve this lead-time

with the Vendor. Upon order placement timely communication will be practiced updating

regarding the delivery timelines.

- The applicable warranty will be subject to the Vendor’s applied Warranty T&Cs & Policies.

- The support will be provided by the Vendor directly
